 The Omdurman National Bank General Assembly held the meeting of the 14th session in the presence of the Minister of Defense, the Governor of the Central Bank of Sudan, the Chairman of the Board of Directors and General Manager :

The meeting approved the Board of Directors' report on activities of the Bank during 2009, the financial lists and closing accounts of the Bank for the year ending on 31 December 2009, the report of the National Auditing Chamber and Sharia Supervisory Board on the Bank performance during 2009, approval of recommendations by the Board of Directors on distribution of the profits achieved by 31 December 2009 amounting to 50.8 million SDG, approval of the recommendation of the Board of Directors on reappointment of the legal auditor and reappointment of the National Auditing Chamber for auditing the Bank accounts for 2010, ...
